2.What’s the minimum order quality MOQ is 1 piece for stocked items. MOQ for totally customized designs is low to 30 pcs per color per designs.
3.Could I customize my own design from your factory Yes,we can customize the designs based on your tech pack and also even just pictures.
4.What’s your sample policy We need to charge sample fee based on your designs. But It can be refunded later once you placed the bulk production order. We also make free samples for our regular customers.
5.What if I do not like the sample We will adjust the sample details, even remake one if we did not follow your specifications.
6.What’s the turnover time 3-7days for samples. And 6-12days for bulk production.
